A fourth-generation Denverite. 20+ years fighting for our community.
Who is Justine Sandoval?
Justine Sandoval is a fourth-generation Denverite and progressive organizer running for office in Colorado’s 5th House District. Justine Sandoval has spent over 20 years fighting hard for our community. Inspired by her family’s deep civil rights roots, including her grandmother’s leadership in the Chicano movement. Justine has a proven track record of standing up for our community, not corporate special interests. From her early days volunteering to stop anti-bilingual education initiatives to helping lead the charge for working families today, Justine has always put justice first. Growing up, Justine’s friends called her ” Justa-Just ” or “Justice.” As an adult, she’s proven exactly why, dedicating her life to fighting for the rights of our community.
What are Justine Sandoval’s Priorities?
Justine will stand up to big polluters, corporate landlords, and special interests. Justine Sandoval is committed to delivering results across three critical pillars.
Health Justice
Protecting abortion rights and guaranteeing healthcare for all, including LGBTQIA+ people and disabled folks.
Environmental Justice
Holding big polluters accountable and bringing clean air and safe water to every neighborhood — especially those historically hurt by the “brown cloud.”
Economic Justice
Fighting for fair wages, strong worker protections, and housing that working families can actually afford — while fighting back against gentrification.
